With over 50 years of cumulative history across Ward MM and Mederev, our award-winning pharmacists have been an integral part of the clinical teams at aged care homes for decades. We deliver high quality, insightful RMMRs and HMRs. Collaborating closely with facility staff, head office staff, GPs and residents, we improve patient outcomes and advise and help with QUM and Accreditation support, at all levels of the organisation.
With the new Quality Standards being introduced to Home Care, we are helping proactive Home Care Providers increase their focus on clinical care.
All the pharmacists conducting HMRs and RMMRs are fully accredited with the AACP or equivalent body.
